1. Controller and scope
Rex Dixon operates Money Funny and determines how personal data is used for this service. Send privacy requests to support@fivetoclose.cloud. This notice covers the website, account system, uploads and generation workflow.
2. Information collected
Google sign-in supplies a verified email address, basic display name and Google account identifier. We store those details, account timestamps and hashed session identifiers. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or Calendar. We process scripts, photos, product images and generated media you submit or create. Server logs may include IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and errors. Purchases may add payment identifiers, order details and billing information; Stripe handles full card details.
3. Traffic quality measurement
We use Is Your Traffic Real at isyourtrafficreal.com to assess traffic quality and automated activity. It receives technical page-view and interaction signals, a random per-tab session identifier, selected campaign parameters and network information. See the Cookie Notice for the specific signals and browser controls. We do not send account email addresses, scripts, uploaded photos or payment details through this tracker.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use account information to authenticate you, isolate your workspace and deliver requested services. We process inputs to create your content, order records to fulfill purchases and comply with legal obligations, and limited technical records to protect against fraud and maintain reliability. Where applicable, these purposes rely on performance of a contract, legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating a secure service. Optional processing requiring consent will be presented separately.
5. Service providers and international processing
Google provides authentication, OpenAI processes dialogue and speech requests, Hedra processes character images and animation requests, Stripe handles payments, and our hosting infrastructure stores account and production records. We share the information needed for those functions, not your entire Google account. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their own terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not claim that third-party providers retain no data; their applicable policies govern their processing.
6. Photos and generated likenesses
A character photo is processed to animate the submitted likeness. This service does not use face recognition to identify you or authenticate your account. You must have permission to submit other people’s photos. Product images are processed to include your product in creative output. Do not submit sensitive or confidential images. Your private productions are restricted to your authenticated account; we do not publish them as marketing examples without your permission.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain account and production records to provide access and support until deletion is requested or records are no longer needed. Retention may be extended for payment, dispute, security or legal obligations. Request account or content deletion by emailing support@fivetoclose.cloud from your account email. We may verify your identity. Deletion from active storage may precede removal from backups, and records legally required to be retained may be restricted instead. Keep local copies of content you need.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent applies. We respond within applicable legal periods and explain lawful exceptions. You may complain to your local data protection authority. Exercising these rights does not waive other legal protections.
9. Cookies, security and children
We use essential authentication cookies and traffic-quality session storage as described in the Cookie Notice. We use HTTPS, restricted server access and account checks, but no service can promise perfect security. The service is intended for adults 18 and over. If a child has submitted personal information, contact support so we can investigate and remove it where required.
10. Contact and changes
Our service correspondence uses support@fivetoclose.cloud. Google and Stripe may send their own authentication or payment messages under their own identities. Material changes to this notice will be posted with a revised effective date and communicated when legally required.
